- Fixing the bugs and reported issues.
- Providing regular updates to the theme depending on fixed bugs and purchasers’ remarks and wishes.
Themes Supporting does NOT include:

- Your website full customization service.
- Customization and installation services beyond the default features, style and functionality.
- Support for third party software and plug-ins.
- Accountability for web hosting or server environment.
- Support for Third party recommended plugins along with the item.
Important Note For the fast troubleshooting, please, send us detailed description of the issue you have. Make sure that you don’t forget to send us your website url with our theme installed. Moreover, we are often asking for the WP admin access information (login and password), so create an access for our support to be able to access your admin area for troubleshooting. Supporting items is not a requirement of the Envato Market places, but if you need support, just create a ticket on our Email. We usually respond to support ticket within 24 hours on weekdays. Support request sent during weekends/holidays will be processed on Monday/the next business day.
